Who are Education Data Services?

Education Data Services is a totally independent company.  We started trading in 2001 providing support and other ICT services to schools in south London and Kent.  Based in Forest Hill, South East London, we are able to provide services to a vast range of schools and business across Lewisham, Southwark, Bromley and Kent.

What is RM ATSS?

The RM ATSS (Affiliated Technical Support Scheme) is a new service that allows Education Data Services to support our customer RM (Research Machines) Community Connect Network.  By using a company such as EDS that has gained the ATSS recognition, you are entrusting your network into a safe hands.  Furthermore, all schools that currently have an ATSS partner company supporting their network receive a 50% discount on the annual network maintenance contract from RM.  For further details of the RM ATSS scheme, please click here.

Education Data Services provides SIMS support.  Does this replace our contract with CapitaES or our local LEA?

No, we complement the service that you currently receive from CapitaES or your local LEA.  Our consultants will work alongside your existing IT staff and liaise with your SIMS support provider to ensure that you receive the very best from your SIMS MIS.
